Durability of Powder Coating & CleaningPowder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.
What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a dry powder that is applied to an object that is then heated and cured to form a protective layer. While powder coating is much more durable and don't chip like regular paint, it is not indestructible. As long as you treat your cup with care, it will remain as beautiful as the day you bought it.
Do you personalized orders?
We absolutely want to personalize every order! If you have a request you want to make sure we can do, just send us a message.

How do I care for my cup?
Your cups should be hand washed only. Please do not place them in the dishwasher.
Do you except returns?
Each and every cup is made to order specifically for you. It is for that reason that we cannot except any returns or exchanges. However, if something is our fault, we'll always fix it no questions asked!
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unhappy for ANY reason, please let us know! We want to make it right!
How are the items made?
We custom make each personalized item just for you, because each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

How long does it take for my order?
We start working on your order within 24 hours of receipt. Typically, turn around time is 5-10 business days.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Since each cup is made to order, once your order has been placed, please contact us at 678-398-7318 for changes and fees.

What colors are available?
We ask that you review the color charts, font charts, item details tab & shipping tab (processing times) prior to purchase to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. We are happy to answer any additional you might have.
What are your hours?
Business Hours- Monday - Friday 8-5 EST. We do respond to messages on periodically on the weekends. Please allow 24 hours for a response to messages. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Where can I ship my cup to?
We ONLY -Ship to the ADDRESS on the order because of PayPal protection/ Credit Card protection and Sales Tax requirements. If the order has the wrong address we will need to cancel and reprocess.
Shop Policies
Can I see a design proof?
We will be glad to provide a design proof prior to cut of the item should you request in the notes to seller at checkout. We DO NOT provide design proofs prior to purchase. If you are needing a design to be changed from the standard required information - please contact us prior to purchase for a custom "design" quote.
Do you gift wrap?
We do not provide gift wrapping, we are glad to include a free gift card with a message it; you will need to provide a message in the notes to seller and let us know your item is a direct ship gift. ( Please note: We have no way of knowing without a notation that your purchase is a gift. We only receive your USER NAME and the SHIPPING ADDRESS- We do not see any purchaser info.
